Check Out Our Inaugural Galley Club Selection!

Announcing the Library Love Fest Galley Club!

Librarians! Welcome to the Library Love Fest Galley Club. This monthly program will feature all your favorite aspects about a book club BUT with the added bonus of:

Learning about a title before it’s published

Hearing from the publishing team behind the book

Meeting the author

Here’s how it works:

  • Episode 1: First Tuesday of the Month
On Facebook Live, the Library Love Fest team will announce the forthcoming (pre-pub) title selection for the month. Each title has been carefully hand-picked and will lend itself to great discussion. We’ll tell you why we love the title we’ve chosen and how you can access the egalley and/or advanced listener copy.  Immediately after announcing the title, we’ll also tell you about a selection of forthcoming books from HarperCollins which have set our hearts aflutter! So, announcement and book buzz in episode # 1.
  • Episode 2: Third Tuesday of the Month
Hear from team members at HarperCollins who worked on this month’s Galley Club selection. This may include folks from editorial, marketing, publicity, art and design, audiobooks, etc. If you have questions about how the book was published, this is a perfect opportunity to ask the pros. Part two of this episode will feature yet another buzz of additional upcoming reads! Join us for the inside scoop on this month’s Galley Club selection AND hear about more upcoming books!
  • Episode 3: Fourth Tuesday of the Month
Interact directly with the author of this month’s Galley Club selection. Ask questions, share your thoughts, comments, etc.
*SPOILER ALERTS!  There may be some ‘reveals’ in this 3rd episode – so be sure you’ve read the book before you log on!

We hope you join us for this monthly discussion of books. You’ll learn a little about many titles and a lot about one title. We can’t wait to get on the same page with you – welcome to Galley Club!
