For a very special, behind-the-scenes episode of Genre Bending, I invited a couple of my HarperCollins colleagues to share their thoughts on working with genre fiction. Genre benders extraordinaire Pam Jaffee and Angela Craft both work for the Harper Voyager and Avon imprints, which focus on fantasy/science fiction and romance, respectively.
